Description:

The incumbent serves as a Management and Program Assistant in the Air Traffic Organization, Technical Operations, Salt Lake City District.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position at the FV-D level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least 6 months of general experience.

To qualify for this position at the FV-E level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-D, FG/GS-3-6 level. Examples of specialized experience are: Experience in the performance basic and routine tasks in support of administrative program; utilizing automated systems to maintain data; and supporting the office in scheduling meetings; typing correspondence; providing standard information on administrative policies, personal property and travel administration.

To qualify for this position at the FV-F level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-E, FG/GS-7/8 level. Examples of specialized experience are: Planning and managing the office's daily administrative functions; maintaining automated systems to record, reconcile, validate, and track data; maintaining automated systems to record, reconcile, validate, and track data; identifying and resolving discrepancies; performing various analytical studies; interpreting and providing guidance; and performing multiple and varying assignments in the areas of financial support, personnel matters, personal property, and travel administration.
