This position is part of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. The incumbent will be responsible for serving as a program lead responsible for Institutional Capacity Building (ICB) knowledge and data governance to ensure stakeholders understand the processes and procedures to achieve value through ICB knowledge.Requirements:
You may qualify at the GS-13 grade level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service:
- Applying knowledge management policies, practices or procedures to identify the information that should be captured, analyzed, and shared for the development of security cooperation (SC) or Institutional Capacity Building (ICB) programs
- Applying analytical and evaluative techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge or data management processes.
- Entering data into web-based databases in support of information sharing with stakeholders. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
