Description:
This position is located in the eDiscovery Group and is responsible for executing eDiscovery searches, reviews, and analysis for Attorneys in the Legal Division.

Requirements:
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. To qualify for the CG-12:Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the CG-11 level in the federal service. Specialized experience is defined as providing eDiscovery support in investigations or litigation across various phases of the eDiscovery process, including the organization, search, maintenance, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) through the use of litigation support technology, such as Clearwell, Relativity, or other eDiscovery software applications.
