This WG-4749-05 Maintenance Worker will be part of the Facility Maintenance Division.This is a Career Seasonal position with two to four weeks of non-pay status each year. See "Duties" section for more information.

Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors: Ability To Do the Work of the Position Without More Than Normal Supervision (SCREEN OUT). Able to perform common tasks associated with maintenance work to include f acility maintenance and repair of residential and/or commercial buildings including: carpentry, painting, minor plumbing, and/or electrical work. Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment. Knowledge of Equipment Assembly, Installation Repair, etc. Technical Practices (theoretical precise, artistic). If your knowledge and ability in the SCREEN OUT factor above is not sufficient, you will receive no further consideration.
