Description: - 60% AV / 40% IT support - Mostly smart hands in office being able to ping the rest of the NWIT team as needed (who sit on the West Coast) - Supporting on-site and remote users - Need to be able to be self-sufficient - AV Zoom rooms - 5 total, 1 all-hands space that's more complicated. Crestron, AV head controller, AMX, mic, projector. - They need to have someone on-site for event support, monthly impromptus, who's comfortable with diagnosing phone issues - Ring DNA phone system.
