Description: Client is looking for a someone technical who can partner with the IT Operations manager to oversee projects, rebuild the IT team, create policies and procedures and create standards. This person will be a jack of all trades but the main skills needed are AD (on prem still), VMware and Hyper V (don't need to be expert in both), VOIP, Good communication skills as you will be speaking with doctors, IT vendors, Field techs etc. Design data contingency plans and disaster recovery plans
