THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.This National Guard position is for a HR SPEC (CLASS/RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT), Position Description Number NGT5027000 and is part of the MD HRO, National Guard.
Requirements:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE GS-09 : 1-year specialized experience must be equivalent to at least the next lower grade An applicant must demonstrate the specialized experience competencies (skills, knowledge, abilities and behaviors) to qualify for a position identified by its position grade and career level. Quality of Experience: Length of time is not of itself qualifying. Candidates' experience should be evaluated on the basis of duties performed rather than strictly on the rank of the individual; however, established compatibility criteria/assignments must be followed. The applicant's record of experience, training, and education must show possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to fully perform the duties of the position to be filled.
