You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER in the FLEET AND FAMILY READINESS PROGRAM, HOUSING PROGRAM of NAVBASE KITSAP SILVERDALE WA.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting inspections of housing facilities to evaluate the cleanliness, maintenance and habitability of the unit, furnishings, and equipment; 2) Applying applicable federal, command, and local policy to housing management (i.e. assignment, inspections, maintenance, cleanliness, etc.); 3) Counseling service members on the availability, type, and size of quarters available; 4) Planning work assignments based on priorities and staff capabilities; and 5) Monitoring housing operations by conducting technical audits or studies, evaluating expenditures, and observing funding limitations.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
