Description:
This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, within the Electro-Machinist Division WCF. As an Intermediate Electro-Machinist, you will be providing non-supervisory work involving the dismantling, repairing, relocating, modifying, maintaining, aligning, and installing fixed and semi-fixed production printing equipment, machinery and systems used in the printing, verifying, and packaging of US Currency.
Requirements:
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. You must meet the screen-out element Ability to do the Work of the Position Without More Than Normal Supervision (Screen-out), normally addressed at the beginning of the online questions. To meet the minimum qualifications for this position the applicant must have training and/or work experience as a journeyman-level electrician and/or an electronics technician repairing automated industrial machine controls that permits working without direct supervision on recurring tasks. All unusual situations are referred to a supervisor.
