PURPOSE: The Enterprise Applications Administrator performs professional-level work associated with the provision and support of the information needs of all City departments. This includes the promotion of the effective utilization of hardware and software programs, including the configuration of hardware and software. The incumbent sets-up new microcomputers, terminals, and printers, and creates custom reports, queries, and data processing programs for departments, as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNC
