Description:
Independently track and analyze programmatic functions on a monthly and annual basis within the Construction Branch to ensure the branch is efficiently using labor funds, estimating, and tracking S&A, and reporting project accruals. Position will require close communication with Program Management to assist Construction Branch with planning future work and RM for financial processes.Requirements:

Specialized Experience-
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes: managing and tracking all funding within the organization; preparing detailed estimates, justification statements, and execution plans for substantive programs; compiling and analyzing figures to be used in forecasting workload, manpower requirements, and funding needs; monitoring actual figures and analyzes discrepancies; completing a variety of unrelated forms, documents, and reports required in connection with the various programs.
