Description:
As a Director of the DC Service Center within the Office of Facilities Management, you will be managing directing and coordinating the delivery of the full spectrum of real property management services in support of Federal agencies occupying Federally owned and leased buildings.
This position is located in Public Buildings Service (PBS) of the National Capital Region, Office of Facilities Management.

The GS-15 salary range starts at $163,964 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized Experience is experience that demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of, and experience in overseeing subordinate organizations with responsibility for overall management operations support. Experience must include advising others on the application of policies and procedures required to meet organizational and programmatic goals; advising other organizational representatives on issues that involve the application, or tailoring, of methods and procedures developed; and a technical focus in one or more of the following program areas: 1) Building Operations/Maintenance Management and Lease Administration; 2) Superior Project Management and Delivery of Facilities Services; 3) Results-Driven Supervision and Team Leadership; 4) Executive Level Client Customer Relationships and Communication with Senior Leadership; 5) Strategic Facilities Program Planning and Collaborative Stakeholder Engagement.
