You will serve as a Supervisory Deputy Division Head position in the Point Mugu Sea Range Support Division of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-9/12) or pay band (NM-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Leading a team/organization on strategic planning related to aircraft and/or weapons systems; 2) Carrying out a full range of combined technical and administrative direction of others; 3) Planning aircraft and/or weapons systems work to be accomplished by others, including adjusting short-term priorities and preparing schedules for completion of work; 4) Giving advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
