CONSTRUCTION CONTROL REPRESENTATIVE (QA/CLEARANCE HOLDER)

About the Position: Journeyman level construction representative responsible for assigned function of surveillance, wide-scope monitoring, inspection of civil, mechanical, electrical and environmental components on projects located and dedicated to Chief Joseph Dam and projects in the vicinity of Chief Joseph Dam.

For the GS-11:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes coordinating and planning construction methods and procedures with contractor personnel; evaluating construction projects for compliance with plans and specification; inspecting construction work sites and work in progress; and performing quality control duties on assigned construction projects. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-10).

For the GS-12:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes leading in the coordination and planning of construction projects; evaluating projects for compliance with plans and specification; inspecting construction work sites and work in progress; performing quality control duties on assigned construction projects; and performing the duties associated with de-energizing systems to allow construction work to occur safely. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
