THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.This National Guard position is for a GS-0203-07 HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY) (TITLE 5), Position Description Number T5808400 and is part of the MO Family and Warrior Support Division.
APPOINTMENT FACTORS: This is an Indefinite Title 5 Excepted Service position. This is a bargaining unit position. SEE NOTES UNDER CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT BELOW.

Requirements:
GS-07 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector which has equipped you with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of this position such as applying a standard body of military personnel duties, regulations, procedures and operations sufficient to process and/or review a variety of military personnel actions/transactions; reviewing and processing military personnel actions to determine if requested action is substantiated by the documentation submitted; and skill in compiling information and preparing technical reports and correspondence.
