Required Qualifications: United States Citizenship Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade, DO/DR-02/GS-12, or equivalent in other pay systems. Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance. Applicants must have extensive verbal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to speak to senior leadership and in front of large audiences. Desired Qualifications: Experience working with Scientists and Engineers within DoD Research and Development organizations. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. The ability to collect and summarize information from various resources to effectively communicate policy and guidance. Cultivates and sustains a professional environment of cooperation, cohesion, and teamwork Ability to be proactive and be a self-starter. Strong decision making, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Specialized Experience: Experience tracking, managing and maintaining support agreements, memorandum of agreements and memorandums of understanding. Experience in patent application process. Experience in data analytics process development and refinement.
