POSITION OVERVIEW: This position manages all POS systems to POS applications, Integrated Menu Boards, Reporting, and Integrated Value Added Ticketing. Responsible for all integrated POS Hardware and Software. Manages 3-5 part time IT staff that support POS systems and acts as an IT Manager on Duty for all assigned events, while providing remote support for the POS system for all events.
