ERP Integration Managers should apply for this opportunity with a local organization Robert Half is supporting. This job is for someone who will demonstrate the ability to ramp-up quickly and be productive by understanding the existing ERP implementation and current business process around installed applications/modules. As the ERP Integration Manager, you will have primary responsibility for managing ERP implementation and improvements throughout the organization. Candidates should also be able to lead and analyze key process improvements and work with partners in respective business units to identify and roll out such improvements within the scope of the ERP systems. How you will make an impact
- Get together with essential employees to label and put into practice functionality that provides operational improvements
- Consistent status reporting to senior leadership
- Strategize and handle the execution of implementation projects, including day-to-day project management, risk management, and issues
- Unite with ERP system vendor to resolve issues related to the use or functionality of the ERP system
- Responsible for implementation of ERP systems and its modules within the organization
- Uphold oneself as the point of escalation for any issues related to requests across the enterprise, researching and resolving day-to-day issues related to the system or processes, and the ERP systems
- In charge of the improvement and revision of ERP technical instructions and user documentation
- Conduct with various organization employees to completely train on processes and procedures of ERP
- Team up with various business stakeholders to roll out new processes, functionality, and ongoing process improvements to the systems
Requirements
- The person we employ should be able to demonstrate ERP configuration through the development of proof of concepts

- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP
- Deep understanding of plant maintenance
- Plant maintenance experience
- The person we employ should be able to serve as key ERP configuration resource and ensure successful implementation of new functionality and/or processes within project timelines
- The eventual person will lead configuration testing efforts and help the team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions
- Do you have a strong understanding of ERP modules and related business process framework, EPR Security, and inbound and outbound integrations with ERP?
- Versatile project planning abilities that include project costing techniques
- 7+ years of ERP implementation experience
- This job is for someone who can thoroughly document requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes
