Title: Microsoft 365 network security SME
Location: NYC, 2 TIMES A WEEK
Location : NYC onsite 2 days a week
Microsoft 365 network security job may involve:
- Monitoring and performance: Monitoring the health and performance of Microsoft 365, and taking proactive measures to prevent or mitigate issues
- System alerts: Reviewing and responding to system alerts and logs
- Security measures: Reviewing existing security measures, and helping to develop improved ones
- Incident response: Assisting in incident response for security issues involving Microsoft 365
- User and group management: Assisting in user and group management
- Security hardware: Installing, upgrading, and maintaining security hardware, operating system, and software
- Security policy: Identifying gaps in security policy and administration, recommending solutions, and implementing new and revised security standards
- Automation: Identifying opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the network
- Security plan: Creating a comprehensive security plan to implement, leveraging services such as Windows Defender, Data Loss Prevention, and Advanced Threat Protection
