Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in Redmond, WA. As a Lead Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with customers and project managers to gather and understand requirements, provide technical guidance, architect, and design solutions, conduct code reviews, ensure quality assurance, and foster team collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital technologies, particularly in Microsoft Azure, ReactJS, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Functional.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers and project managers to gather and understand requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance, architecture, and design expertise.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure quality assurance processes are followed.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Utilize expertise in C# 4.0, HTML5/CSS3, Microsoft SQL Server 2019, and Selenium for effective software development.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in testing concepts, processes, and methodologies.
  • Drive Agile software development practices within the team.
  • Leverage knowledge of digital technologies, including Cloud Computing (General) and Microsoft Azure, to architect and develop scalable solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Functional.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong proficiency in C# 4.0, HTML5/CSS3, Microsoft SQL Server 2019, and Selenium.
  • Experience with digital technologies such as Microsoft Azure, ReactJS, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Functional.
  • Solid understanding of testing concepts, processes, and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Redmond, WA, United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Previous experience working in a client-facing role.
  • Relevant certifications in digital technologies or Agile methodologies.
