The incumbent serves as a Grants Management Specialist
This is a full-time Virtual JDA until the end of the detail.

Requirements:

Qualifications required: Knowledge of federal grant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, including knowledge of pre-award/post-award operations and techniques. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines based on analyses of reports, regulations, and other relevant materials. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex issues and develop effective solutions. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present sensitive recommendations to higher authority, obtain compliance with policies from subordinate activities, and represent the department on task forces. Experience in developing and implementing program evaluations and assessments to measure the efficacy of grant programs. Ability to lead and coordinate complex projects and initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, including high level managers, supervisors, program staff, community organizations, and government agencies. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision. Last rating of record should be achieved excellence or equivalent.
