This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the Certain Competitive Service / Modified Direct Hire Authority. Requirements:

To qualify for the GS-0301-13 level your resume must demonstrate that you have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most or all of the following: 1) Overseeing, managing, coordinating, and implementing the execution and evaluation of an organization's resiliency, family life, and community support program; 2 ) Utilizing knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, policies, guidance, and precedents which affect the use of program resources in the areas of family life, community support, and resiliency as well as the major issues, program goals and objectives, work processes, and administrative operations of an organization; 3) Assessing an organization's unique culture by utilizing knowledge of behavioral, social, and economic factors affecting military/civilian workforce and their families, to build resilience and improve operational performance; 4) Advising multidisciplinary teams dealing with resiliency, family life, and community support program domains by responding to complex issues pertaining to the treatment of military service members and/or private sector civilians, severely wounded/injured veterans or private sector civilians and their families, and surviving spouses; 5) Performing Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or private sector equivalent with duties utilizing knowledge of contracting regulations, practices, and contract functions; 6) Managing an organization's family readiness program to include policy development, implementation of related programs, and organizing family readiness/human services conferences, activities, and groups; and 7) Communicating verbally and in writing with senior leadership both internal and external to an organization (e.g., promote cross-organizational collaboration to synchronize efforts, interact with managers within an organization, DoD, Congress, and high levels of national agencies, and represent an organization at formal and informal meetings, conferences, and legislative symposia requiring the highest level of technical and managerial competence).

To qualify for the GS-0301-12 level your resume must demonstrate that you have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most or all of the following: 1) Coordinating and implementing the execution and evaluation of an organization's resiliency, family life, and community support program; 2) Assessing an organization's culture by utilizing knowledge of behavioral, social, and economic factors to build resilience and improve operational performance; 3) Coordinating multidisciplinary teams dealing with resiliency, family life, and community support program domains by responding to issues pertaining to the treatment of military service members and/or private sector civilians, severely wounded/injured veterans or private sector civilians and their families, and surviving spouses; 4) Coordinating an organization's family readiness program to include implementation of related programs, and organizing family readiness/human services conferences, activities, and groups; and 5) Communicating verbally and in writing with senior leadership both internal and external to an organization (e.g., coordinate activities within a multi-functional organization, and represent an organization at formal and informal meetings, and conferences).
