In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Perform design analyses on a wide variety of facilities to produce detailed working drawings; 2) Coordinate with other engineers and architects to ensure specification and Requests for Proposals are properly integrated with building systems; 3) Use advanced civil engineering software, such as Whole Building Design Guide and AutoCAD for completion of design drawings; and 4) Prepares preliminary design studies, establishes design criteria, outlines the detailed design scope of large projects, final design calculations and plans.
For the GS-12:
