Requirements:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Identifying the need for a modification to scope, cost, and/or schedule based upon collaboration with the contractor, supported command, designer, or other entities; 2) Enforcing all technical and administrative provisions of assigned construction contracts; 3) Providing technical solutions for unforeseen problems during construction; 4) Managing construction projects in support of clients with critical, time-sensitive missions and requirements; and 5) Ensuring communication between construction manager, contract specialists, the contractor, the project technical team, the client, and others as appropriate for construction projects.
