Requirements:

For the GS-11: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1. Drafting project documents, preliminary designs and justifications for complex utility production and distribution systems for review;
2. Analyzing and evaluating policy, procedures and requirements to operate, maintain, plan and alter a civil (hydraulic) utility system;
3. Advising management of problems and potential conflicts with availability of service;
4. Participating in investigations into service outages and casualties.
   For the GS-9: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
   1. Preparing project documents, preliminary designs and justifications for complex utility production and distribution systems;
   2. Analyzing and evaluating policy, procedures and requirements to operate, maintain, plan and alter a civil (hydraulic) utility system;
   3. Coordinating with managers to ensure the availability of service;
   4. Drafting written reports containing descriptions, causes, and recommended actions.
