Requirements:
QualificationsApplicants must possess a J.D. degree, be duly licensed and authorized to practice as an attorney under the laws of a State, Territory, or the District of Columbia, and have 1 year or more experience at the GS-12 level; 1.5 or more years at the GS-13 level; 2.5 or more years at the GS-14 level; and 4 or more years at the GS-15 level. Applicants must also have superior academic credentials and writing and analytic skills. Applicants must also be able to qualify for the highest and most sensitive security clearances.
Prior corporate transactional experience, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, venture capital, corporate governance, and contracts, is strongly preferred.
