Description:
Serves as a Resort Facilities Manager in the Engineering Department of the Hale Koa Hotel.2024 Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) for Honolulu, HI is 8.90%.
This position will remain open until filled with a first cutoff date of 15 March 2024 for employment consideration. Additional lists will be pulled after this first cut-off date at the request of the hiring manager.
Requirements:
1. Possess at least three (3) years of specialized experience in the maintenance and operations of the mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems associated with large hotels2. Experience as an administrator who has directed work in resort/hotel facilities as either a Facilities Manager, Assistant Chief Engineer or Assistant Engineering Director.
3. Experience with budgeting processes, engineering contract options and experience with a standalone engineering environment without support from other agencies.
4. Possess at least three (3) years of work experience managing a workforce of 20 or more to include subordinate supervisors, leaders and employees.
