Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Applying Public Works Management principles and practices related to budgeting, planning, financial management, and work execution; 2) Supporting facility management and sustainment programs and initiatives, delivering a wide variety of products and services (i.e. forecast effects of budgetary actions, workload fluctuations, and schedule changes); 3) Monitoring issues and performance, and providing guidance and recommending corrective actions; 4) Preparing technical reports, estimates, status and schedules as required to complete project assignments using data processing software (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or similar software); 5) Using a computerized maintenance management system such as MAXIMO or the MAXIMO Mobile Technology Suite of tools on a regular basis; and 6) Reviewing project metrics to ensure production shops are accurately charging, processing, and managing maintenance work orders.
