The Office of International Affairs (OIA) returns fugitives to face justice, transfers sentenced persons to serve their sentences in their home countries, and obtains essential evidence for criminal investigations and prosecutions worldwide by working with domestic partners and foreign counterparts to facilitate the cooperation necessary to enforce the law, advance public safety, and achieve justice.Requirements:
To qualify for the GS-13: You must have at least one year of specialized experience, as reflected in their resume, at, or equivalent to, the GS-12 federal grade level. This experience must include duties such as: using quantitative and qualitative analysis and methods to assess efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of organizational programs and processes; preparing briefing materials used to present data and recommendations; writing memoranda, standard operating procedures, and technical reports that include findings, analyses, and recommendations for process improvement.Time-in-Grade: Federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements for consideration by the closing date of this announcement.
