This position is located in the Government Accountability Office. Strategic Planning and External Liaison leads efforts in strategic foresight and planning which are key components to the agency's strategic management framework. As a Management Analyst you will be responsible for building, supporting and maintaining GAO's environmental scanning and foresight program.Requirements:
You may qualify at the BAND 02 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement:One year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the next lower equivalent band/grade level (PT-I/GS-11), OR equivalent public or private sector experience. For this position, specialized experience is defined as: Specialized experience is defined as (1) using environmental scanning, horizon scanning, risk identification and trend analysis techniques to develop strategic plans; (2) using project management principles and methodologies to establish schedules and deadlines; track and organize projects; and (3) developing and/or leading project planning for the strategic plan formulation.
