Description:
You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER (ENERGY MANAGEMENT) in the PUBLIC WORKS BUSINESS LINE of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII.A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.90% will be added to the stated salary.
Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:1) Providing technical expertise on matters related to energy management such as renewable energy, energy storage, energy projects, energy reduction; utility services and operations, etc.;
2) Developing and recommending process improvements for an energy program considering emerging energy technologies; best business practices in the public and private sector; and organization's goals and resources;
3) Coordinating requirements of an energy project with several business lines/departments to include: environmental assessments, site approval requests, master plan, studies, etc.; and
4) Interpreting State, local, and Federal laws and regulations governing utility systems and energy goals in order to devise strategic plans, guidance, and procedures for an energy program.
