Description:

Requirements:

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Knowledge of the development, negotiation, conclusion, and implementation of acquisition-related international agreements and the associated policies and procedures governing them. Knowledge of DON systems and cognizant organizations.
Knowledge of contracting laws, policies, and procedures. Knowledge of governing the disclosure of classified and unclassified information, technology transfer to foreign governments and international organizations. Knowledge of International Affairs in relation to security cooperation.
Knowledge of International Affairs in relation to security cooperation. Knowledge of Congressional, OSD, and Navy policies regarding sales, leases, grants, and weapons transfer initiatives. Ability to provide representation on organizational and program matters/issues to all levels of interest both internal and external to the organization.
