This position is located in the US Army Engineer District, Detroit Engineering and Construction Division.

GS-12: One year of specialized experience which includes: Conducting environmental review of contaminated waste sites, work plans, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and design documents; conducting in house technical investigations of contaminated waste sites; preparing hazard analysis and developing the health and safety requirements associated with a specific project assignment.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
