You will serve as a Program Support Assistant (OA) in the Human Capital Management Staff of the Command Services Department (N1HC) of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS.Requirements:
06- Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience completing pre-employment screenings and onboarding for prospective employees selected for new positions/or promotions. Experience completing pre-employment screenings, physical examinations, drug testing, and pre-appointment security checks. Experience facilitating the recruitment process from Tentative job offer to Final Job Offer including the check-in process for new Federal employees. Experience updating reports, tracking metrics, and identifying potential issues related to the recruitments screening process.
This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.
