Description:

Requirements:

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the pay band (NH-02) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

Experience providing DOD and DON policies and procedures governing the disclosure of classified military information and the transfer of defense articles and services to foreign governments and international organizations.

Experience with DOD and DON acquisition and contracting laws, policies, and procedures.

Experience utilizing various DON systems and cognizant organizations.

Experience working with International Affairs in relation to security cooperation.

Experience working with policies such as Congressional, OSD, and Navy policies with regard to sales, leases, grants, and weapons transfer initiatives.

Experience applying Export Administrative Act (EAA) and Arms Export Control (AECA) as well as implementing regulations to include Export Administration Regulations and International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
