Supervisory Program Analyst

Description:

The ideal candidate will have led or supported the development of technology systems and be able to coordinate with stakeholders to identify the business needs and improve business processes. They will supervise staff who research and develop business requirements, process workflows and maps, design conceptual user interfaces, and coordinate with users of technology systems. This is a supervisory program analyst position in the Business Architecture section of FEMA's Public Assistance program.

To qualify for this Supervisory Program Analyst position at the IC-13 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the federal government, a state or local government, or private sector, and must demonstrate the following:

Managing time-sensitive projects and conducting professional collaboration. Supervising or managing teams and their productivity. Leading and directing projects related to the development or improvement of technical requirements or business processes.
