You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Human Resources Division, Labor and Employee Relations Branch of Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWC PHILA DIV) providing program management oversight for Internal and External Awards Recognition Program, Drug Free Workplace Program, Telework Program, Performance Management systems (DEMO and DPMAP) and work life programs.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing program management (e.g., consulting and advising) for benefit programs or Performance Management systems to execute human resource programs (e.g., external awards, incentive awards, honorary awards, DEMO/DPMAP awards, telework programs, Drug Free Workplace Program, work life programs).
