Examples of qualifying specialized experience:
- Independently manages, plans, designs, develops launch strategy to drive increased market reach and carries out visual arts projects.
- Mastery of principles, methods, practices and techniques for creating professional state-of-the-art visual presentations.
- Researches and analyzes capabilities and limitations of new software and equipment.
- Manages milestones, deadlines and scheduling for multiple simultaneous projects.
To qualify for this position your resume and supporting documents must show that you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level , applicants applying for the GS-13 grade level must possess a minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 (or equivalent) grade level.
Specialized experience may not be substituted for education at this grade level.
