Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)
StartDate: 4/1/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1650.00 - $2400.00
Required Qualifications
PT- HH
ome Health experience required
Must have LIC in hand
2 years experience.
Homecare Homebase preferred
Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice.
Current CPR certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
Home Health experience is preferred, but not required
Client uses Homecare Homebase EMR
