Description:
This position is located in the Office of the Director, Training Branch, Multi-Door Dispute Resolution Division of the District of Columbia Superior Court. The Data Quality Analyst provides performance measurement, monitoring, analysis, and reporting services in support of division programs through the utilization of case management and other information systems to track achievement towards Court and division goals.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: A high school diploma plus six (6) years of administrative experience in a court or legal environment, which includes at least one (1) year of alternative dispute resolution/conflict resolution experience (part-time professional and/or volunteer dispute resolution experience is acceptable).
Experience with performance-based data gathering, analysis, reporting and ability to translate data into information and provide recommendations.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other design tools.
Education substitution:
A bachelor’s degree in a related field plus two (2) years of administrative experience in a court or legal environment, which includes at least one (1) year of experience in alternative dispute resolution/conflict resolution. Master's degree in a related field plus one (1) year of experience in alternative dispute resolution/conflict resolution.Please note that authorization for the release of your adult criminal record revealing any convictions and forfeitures, and any criminal cases currently pending before the courts is required. If you are selected for the position, a criminal history records check will be conducted.
