This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Birmingham Disaster Loan Service Center in Birmingham, AL. Incumbent serves as a Loan Specialist and is responsible for servicing or liquidating a full range of disaster business and home loans.Requirements:
GS-11: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-9 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector: performing in-depth analysis of obligor's financial statements, tax returns, and earning potential of a variety of business enterprises, making recommendations for residential and commercial/business loan request or servicing/liquidation actions; and developing processes that utilize electronic data generated from various sources such as Microsoft SQL Server and VOIP Phone System in order to conduct analysis and generate reports for management.
