Description: The position shall plan and prepare drawings for new, and installation, removal, or rearrangement of existing, overhead, or underground lines, cables, and conduits to obtain optimum and economical utilization of communications facilities. Must be able to perform assessments of current infrastructure state and provide best industry standards guidance on improving cable infrastructure.
