Duties Designs, plans, coordinates, oversees, and directs Test and Evaluation of Information Technology/National Security Systems to determine system compliance with operational effectiveness, suitability, and cyber survivability criteria. Establishes priorities, milestones, and objectives of the program, and manages program schedule and resources effectively. Writes and reviews test planning documents.
