As a National Bank Examiner/Bank Examiner (BIT) you will conduct and assist in the supervision of BIT activities in banks and Technology Service Providers, and carry out national and bank supervision objectives.Requirements:
You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement:
You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB- 4 band level. Examples of specialized experience for this position include:
- Examining or auditing a financial institution's or technology service provider's bank information technology risk management systems used to identify, measure, monitor and control risks; OR
- Examining or auditing a financial institution's or technology service provider's compliance with laws, regulations and guidance related to bank information technology.
The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
