Specialized Experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: Analyze, plan, design, develop, acquire, document, test, implement, integrate, maintain, or modify systems and applications for solving problems or accomplishing work processes; utilizing the full spectrum of the software development life cycle, such as waterfall and agile methodologies; and designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining solutions ( i.e. Oracle databases, Oracle Forms and Reports, Oracle BI Publisher, Java and Web Applications).
In addition to the above specialized experience, your resume must demonstrate one year of Information Technology (IT) related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined:
