This Job Opportunity Announcement may be used to fill other IT Specialist (Data Management), 2210, 13, FPL GS-13 positions within the Census Bureau in the same geographical location with the same qualifications and specialized experience.
Specialized Experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector that demonstrates the following: Collaborate with a variety of audiences to evaluate programs; Make recommendations to senior leaders on effectiveness of program performance; and analyze data and prepare reports from programs/applications.
Education: Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level.
