You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Real Estate Directorate Division, Oversight & Governance Division of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND ATLANTIC.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applies analytical methods to accurately forecast future requirements and to evaluate the content of new or modified legislation/regulations for projected impact upon Command's programs and resources; 2) Identifies and provide developmental and training needs for employees in accordance with community management plan; 3) Prepares correspondence pertaining to resources and goals, general administration matters, etc., for director or higher signature; 4) Compiles information needed to complete reports recommending improvements to program operations and; 5) Utilizing ieFACMAN and eProjects tools.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
