You will serve as a Program and Management Analyst in the Aircraft Department of Fleet Readiness Center Mid-Atlantic in Norfolk, VA.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Analyze major program labor categories as compared to workload standards and identify anomalies/trends to ensure program conformity to schedule, labor and material planned values; 2) Conduct industrial production maintenance workload program execution analysis and audits of man-hour expenditures versus planned allocations; 3) Gather data and perform analytic studies in order to make recommendations on substantive workload standard manpower issues and deviations; 4) Analyze and identify significant trends in executed workload and potential issues within the production phases; 5) Prepare and present reports detailing justifications of projected workload completion forecasts and estimated workload standard projections.
