This position is located with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Superintendent, Uintah and Ouray Agency in Fort Duchesne, Utah. Requirements:
The following shows the amounts of education and/or experience required to qualify for positions covered by this standard.GS-12: 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least next lower grade level.
Specialized Experience: Assist in the development of comprehensive administrative management plans to identify goals and objectives, administrative processes, deadlines, and planning for an organization's budget and resources; researching and analyzing data for consistency with budget authority and constraints; assisting in correspondence review and control; gathering financial data and reviewing obligations and costs; serving as a liaison between multiple offices or organizations; preparing documentation for personnel actions and initiating transactions in an automated personnel system; preparing Agency responses to Freedom Of Information Act requests; preparing travel arrangements, authorizations, and vouchers; & reviewing documents for correct grammar and format and finalize using software applications as electronic mail, desktop publishing, calendar, spreadsheet, database and graphics.
