AccountStaff is currently looking for an Accounting Coordinator for our Client in Canonsburg.Duties/Responsibilities:
- Billing experience: 3-5 years necessary with an emphasis on specialized billing
- Collections experience: 1-3 years via phone and email communications
- Full-cycle accounts payable
- History of handling customer service calls regarding invoice disputes, payments, and any other customer inquires
- HIGH level of accuracy inputting work orders for billing and vendor invoices into payables system
- HIGH attention to detail
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or another related field.
- Experience in ERP software; experience in MS Office.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
